PACKAGE DEVELOPMENTS

The firm has considerable knowledge in the identification of raw materials, performance requirements, processing, equipment, associated costs, customer needs, end user satisfaction, quality control, technical support, and problem solving for the following package structures:

1. Paper or film/primer/poly/foil/LDPE, EVA, EMA, EAA, Surlyn, PRIMACOR's, PP for pouches and bags to include multiple layers of foil or film, specific papers, and coextruded heat sealants.

2. Paper, PVC, PP, Polyester, BOPP, Styrene, Barex, HDPE, MDPE, Polycarbonate/primer/PVdC coatings/primer/heat sealant for pouches and thermoform trays. The sealants can include those in #1 above or water base, hot melt or solvent base coatings applied via gravure, rod, air knife, roller, slot die, etc.

3. PVC, PC, HDPE, MDPE, LDPE, Monomer and PS, PET, PEN, PP, Barex and glass for bottles, lids, jars, jugs and drums coated and uncoated (also coex layered) for the food, medical, pharmaceutical and industrial applications (dry and liquid).

4. Plastic caps, shrink bands, tamperproof labels, tape, wrappers and closures with paper or foil/plastic liners for glass and plastic bottles and other rigid containers.

5. Paper/paper and/or film peelable and non-peelable pouches for sterile medical device products via steam, ETO and radiation sterilization.

6. Paper or film composite printed and unprinted labels and lidding stock, adhesives (heat seal, pressure sensitive, hot melt, cold seal - peelable or non-peelable) for thermoformed trays, bottles, wraps and cartons for the food and medical device industries.

7. Paper/PVdC/LDPE for food, pharmaceutical, building and industrial needs.

8. 14-18 pt board and single and double wall fluted corrugated cartons for primary and secondary containers for point of purchase shelf packs and transportation by boat, truck and air.

9. Felts, elastomerics, non-wovens, heavy gauge plastics, pressure sensitive tapes for die cutting in the electronic and medical industries.

10. Inks, coatings, sealants, lacquers and other chemical compositions used in packaging, food, health care and industrial sectors.

Unit portion pouches for salt, pepper, ketchup, mustard, lemon juice, relish, taco sauce, snacks, confectioneries, sugar, syrups, artificial sweeteners, jellies, jams, juices, butter, wet and dry creamers, hand wipes, iodine swabs, nail polish remover, soap, hand cleaner, greases, oils, etc.

28g-2kg pouches, bag-in-box and inner liners for gelatin, dry juice drink concentrates, cake mixes, peanuts, coffee, tea, cookies, snacks, bakery products, potato chips (real and artificial), pretzels, seafood, charcoal, cereals, cosmetics, wipes, industrial point of purchase uses

Wrappers, inserts, labels and shrink bands for soaps, candy, pharmaceutical items, fresh and prepared foods, canned products, stretch and shrink film packaging/bundling/tray combinations, bread, pastry and dairy products, etc.

Bottles, caps, cans, cups, closures and dispensers for hand lotion, fragrances, milk, coffee, carbonated drinks, snacks, confectioneries, oils, solvents, powders, chemicals, drugs, condiments (formed, extrusion blown, injected molded)
